This Egalitarianism: Women in the Church course walks through what egalitarianism in the church is and what it looks like past, present, and future.
One of the most discussed topics in Christian denominations is, “Can women lead?” Verses like 1 Timothy 2 and cases like Deborah’s always get brought into the mix, and there never seems to be a full consensus. What we do know is that we, male and female, are created in the image of God, and he has invited us to join him in his mission for the world. This course walks through what egalitarianism in the church is, what it looks like past, present, and future, and how God’s image and mission impact both genders. Join us in this course as we consider the significant roles of women in the church and their contribution to the work God is doing throughout the world!
