About This Course

As Christians, we are called to be “in” but not “of” the world. How do we do that, especially as it relates to television and its influence on popular culture? This TV & Theology course will provide an alternative to avoiding TV programs and narratives as well as mindlessly consuming them. Through the reflections and activities, you’ll build a toolkit to recognize the medium’s power to direct our desires towards or away from the Grand Story revealed in Scripture.
