This Arts in Worship course will examine the value of the arts in our corporate worship by providing clear descriptions of ten different types of art media.
As an artist, pastor, Christian, or even just as a human in this world, we have all noticed the powerful impact the arts can have on us personally; but it’s also not too difficult to see how integral art is in each of our communities and churches. Is the creative expression of ideas and observations something that God uses to shape our holistic understanding of himself or the world he has placed us in? This Arts in Worship course will examine the value of the arts in our corporate worship by providing clear descriptions of ten different types of art media and also leveraging your own experiences with them. Join David Taylor as you find ways to formatively use art in your church community to grow in worship of God.
